La Ciotat, França

House in a peaceful residential area 2km from the beaches and the port of La Ciotat.

We are a young couple of liberal physiotherapists (30 and 28 years old) and we have 2 daughters (3 years old & 10 months old). We recently purchased this old house which has now been (almost) completely renovated by us.

The house has 100m² of living space on a plot of 500m² with garden, terrace, barbecue and pizza oven.
The house is configured with 3 bedrooms, 1 of which is suitable only for babies, 1 bathroom (not renovated but functional) and 1 toilet. The open kitchen is fully equipped with SMEG, Thermomix available and other practical everyday accessories...
The TV area is spacious with a 75" TV, soundbar, PS4, switch... ideal for spending quality evenings.

The house is fully equipped for babies, air-conditioned and has a Verisure alarm system.

An above-ground swimming pool is installed so you can cool off in the garden. We have a shelter with pizza oven and BBQ.

We are a family with young children, so we are looking for accommodation with baby equipment, preferably, but we are not closed to accommodation without equipment that could possibly bring ours.
We are available for an exchange in August 2025.

We have 2 cats to feed but who stay strictly outside so as not to damage the furniture, animals are therefore not welcome unless their behavior is impeccable.
