Double Upper 3bed in Leith with outside space
Large double level flat ("colony" style flat) with main door entrance, balcony and small garden. The flat has 3 bedrooms, one with a king size bed, one with a double and the spare room has a sofa bed. There are two toilets (one upstairs, one downstairs).
The flat is on the first floor, accessed by outside steps. Inside the flat, there are two levels: the bedrooms are downstairs and the living area is upstairs. The kitchen is separate from the living room. You can see Edinburgh castle from the living room window!
We live in a quiet residential street but there is a small supermarket at the end of the street (Scotmid).
We live within a 10min walk of the tram terminus at Newhaven, but there also many buses going past the end of the street. The harbour is 15min walk away and the Shore area with vibrant bars and restaurants is similarly close by on foot.
