Arranging this non simultaneous exchange was amazingly easy. The owner was prompt in responding and offered flexibility to extend my stay. Actually met me at the airport to hand off the keys. That was very helpful. The accommodations were perfect and within walking distance to everything including the train and the beach. I would highly recommend the location, the member and the experience as easy to get to the various wine regions, spas and really explore Spain and her coast.

I am a native of Palm Beach county Florida. I have always had a home somewhere in the state. I’m not a billionaire but it’s reported that 58 are known to have homes here! I like warm climates, sunshine, beaches, diving, fishing and golf. I also have a home in the mountains of North Carolina. It is too cold in the winter for me, but perfect in the summer. Single, trying to retire and ready to travel more. I have done exchanges on my own with success but don’t want to miss any opportunities. I’ve traveled to Switzerland, Germany, Austria, France, Scotland, Bermuda, Panama & Peru. More than once visited England, Italy, Mexico, Canada, Jamaica, Puerto Rico & Grand Cayman.
