Our 2-bedroom fully furnished, hardwood-floor Marina style home has lots of living space surrounded by art, books, quilts, and overlooking the garden. Marina style homes are built with the dining room and hallway opening to an enclosed patio in the middle of the house. There is one newly remodeled bathroom with a bidet and jacuzzi bath. One bedroom has a double bed; the other bedroom has a single bed. Both bedrooms have windows overlooking the garden and Sutro Tower. Downstairs is a studio apartment with three beds and remodeled bathroom and kitchen that can be exchanged as well (see listing #US50826).

There are flat screen TV's in the living room and bedroom with cable connections to +100 channels; Bose radio/stereo system in living room and kitchen; a fast wireless connection.

We have a good-sized flower garden and deck. It's surprising how many hours are spent bird watching from our bedroom windows. We'll leave lots of birdseed.

Washer and dryer are located in the garage. Street parking in the Sunset/Parkside area is easily available and/or in the driveway.
