The large studio has a private entrance and overlooks our shared succulent garden. You can see Golden Gate Bridge from the deck. It's located in a quiet multi-cultural San Francisco neighborhood with friendly neighbors. The living space is surrounded by books, weavings, and quilts. We remodeled the bathroom and kitchen.

There is a flat screen TV with cable connections to HBO and Showtime and 100 channels and a wireless internet cable. There is a double bed and a comfy trundle (2 separate twin beds). We think the studio sleeps 3 comfortably but many times over the last decade, four people have been known to love this place and find it delightful.

The studio windows overlook Golden Gate Heights, Moraga Mosaic Tile Staircase, and Sutro Tower. You can walk for 20 minutes or catch the #28 bus to Golden Gate Bridge, Golden Gate Park (the de Young Museum, Botanical Gardens, Japanese Garden, Steinhart Aquarium). Stonestown is our local mall and nearby buses can take you to downtown, Castro District, or Haight-Ashbury.
