My apartment is located in the historic centre of the city. New, quiet, 2 bedrooms, large balcony, 4th floor, topfloor. View at the backside on a garden with a pond. Museums, restaurants, canals, parks, the Zoo, a large library, etc., lively area. An inspirational place for study and contemplation as well. Thousands of books in several languages.
By train you are in the dunes and at the beach in Zandvoort at the Northsea within half an hour.
All the main sights in Amsterdam within walking-distance. And also excellent biking in and around Amsterdam.
It is a non-smoking apartment.

My apartment is in a new building in a quiet street in the centre of Amsterdam. 4th floor, topfloor. Two bedrooms. Non-smoking. Also a place for study and contemplation, thousands of books in several languages. At the backside of my house is a large balcony overlooking a garden with a pond. This is a relaxed historic environment with many cafés, restaurants, small shops, a number of museums, the largest public library of Europe, the Zoo, a park, canals and rivers. Spinoza and Rembrandt lived around the corner. The street where I live is just about 15 minutes walking from the Central Station. It is also possible to take the metro or a tram. Excellent biking in and around Amsterdam.

The description and location were accurately written about, however a few more pictures of the inside of the flat would have been helpful.
