House in Teufen, Switzerland
Dear Intervac-friends
We live in an typical home for this area. It was built in 1870. Since the renovation in 2010 the inside is completely new.
Basement floor: Garage for the bicycles and the car, heating system, music and office room and a storage room
Ground floor: toilet, warderobe, kitchen and living room, 2 terraces (north and south of the house)
First floor: bathroom with shower, toilet and bath, bedroom 1 and 2 from our the children, storage room
Second floor: office and masterbedroom
In front of the house is a small garden with salad and some vegetables. For the children we have a lot of toys inside and outside. Bicycles are ready to use.
We have a little wooden cottage on a campground in Krummenau in the region of "Toggenburg". You are free to use it as well. As we have two cats to feed, you would have to take them with you (they are used to it) or we ask our neighbours to take care of it.

BE097Oud huis van grootmoeder (the nanny house) dat grondig werd gerenoveerd met leuke knipogen naar het verleden (oud raam dat nu dienst deed als spiegel, oude nagels werden kapstokken, oude muur bleef zichtbaar in het toilet...). Rustig gelegen. Kleine tuin. Zelfs een vleugelpiano.
Daniël en Rebekka hadden instructiefilmpjes gemaakt over gebruik van (toestellen in) hun huis (verstuurd via Whatsapp). Zeer leuk om hen zo bezig te zien en om gebruiksaanwijzingen te krijgen. Op een kast in de living stonden 2 boxen vol met toeristische informatie over de streek. Dit was heel helpend om leuke uitstappen te plannen.
Mooie ligging: Sankt Gallen was een leuk stadje en lag op 10 minuten rijden. De Bodensee was slechts 20 minuten, net zoals de eerste bergen met talloze wandelmogelijkheden en kabelbanen.
