Well-Traveled Family of Four, Two Cats, and a Growing List of Countries
We're a family of four with a real love of international life. Sarah is American, and Rafael, originally from Colombia, has lived in Germany, Brazil, and the US. When our daughters were young, we moved to Spain, spending a year in Malaga and two in Madrid, before settling in Switzerland for Rafael's job at Swiss Post. Sarah has been a stay-at-home mom and is looking forward to returning to teaching soon. Our daughters, 11 and 12, keep a running list of all the countries they've visited and are always eager to add more. We also have two well-behaved cats who often travel with us — and who are happy with a sitter in our apartment on the trips when they stay home.
