A very comfortable 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo in the Greater Vancouver area.
Our condo has a king sized bed in the master bedroom with a full ensuite bathroom. There is a second bedroom with a double bed, a second full bathroom, laundry room, dining room and living room. TV available with Netflix, Prime, Crave etc. We are on the third floor, with a sunny comfortable balcony. This is a quiet, well kept building with 60 units. The neighbours are mostly working people, and a few small families. We are in Coquitlam, which is a suburb of Vancouver. We are about a 30 min drive from downtown Vancouver, the US border, the ocean and beaches, ferries to the Gulf Islands and Vancouver Island, and about an hour easy drive to Whistler. We are on transit lines, but can include a vehicle.

Sobre a vizinhança
Coquitlam is a busy city with all amenities. The outdoors is just a short drive away. There are plenty of opportunities for hiking, canoeing, kayaking, golfing, disc golfing etc. Grocery stores and restaurants are very close by. Our neighbourhood is quite safe. There is a bus stop across the road, which will take you to the skytrain station to downtown Vancouver, which is very convenient, and fun to do for a day or evening in the city. As mentioned, we have a vehicle available as well.

Retired Couple. Avid travellers.
Retired. Easygoing. Flexible. Experienced exchangers. We have adult children, who are busy with their working lives. We love to travel, and now have time to explore. We were both born in the UK and enjoy coming back for visits. We have done 3 successful exchanges, and are responsible and tidy. We like to use transit as much as possible, so don't really need a vehicle. Our vehicle, however, will be available to you, as Canada is pretty widespread, and while our condo is on transit routes, having a vehicle available is a bonus.
