Een mooie nieuwbouw huis in een rustige omgeving van Amsterdam (12 minutes by tram)

Ons huis is gevestigd op Stadsdeel IJburg, waarin je op loopafstand naar de tram of zelfs met de fiets naar de binnenstad kunt gaan. Je kunt daar lekker koken, eten en uitrusten in de ruime woonkamer of in de tuin (met grote parasol) en genieten van alle culturele accommodaties die de stad te bieden heeft. Ons stadsdeel is gevestigd op een eiland en in de zomer kun je hier zelfs gaan zwemmen.

About the neighborhood

Our house is located in the IJburg district. You can reach the city center with the tram (6 min walk, 12 min ride) or you can even cycle to the city center. You can enjoy cooking, eating, and relaxing in the spacious living room or in the garden (with a large parasol) and enjoy all the cultural facilities the city has to offer. Our neighbourhood is located on an (artificial) island where you can take a dip in the water in summer.
