The flat is on La Rambla, in the heart of the city, in a neighbourhood called Ciutat Vella. It has amazing views to the street and it's located only 20 minutes on foot to the sea. It has one large bedroom, an office kitchen, a living room with a big sofa bed and a bathroom with bathtub. It is equipped with tv, washing machine, microwave and bluetooth music player. A ceiling fan and heating are also available, as well as free wi-fi connection. It’s comfortable and big enough for 4 people to share. The bedroom is completely silent as it doesn't face the street.

When you exit the flat, you’ll have the whole world at your feet: the sea, the most important cultural equipments in less than 15 minutes: the Opera House, the Museum of Modern Art, the Center of Contemporary Culture, the Sea Museum… as well as the most interesting touristic places in the city: the Palau Güell by Gaudí, the Gothic quarter, the Plaça Reial, the Boqueria market… The surroundings are full of bars, restaurants and terraces.

I'm an experienced exchanger and I clean after my stay, that's why I'm not charging for the cleaning fees, unless I have to pay for them. In this case, I'll charge you with the same amount as the one you apply.

Note: La Rambla is under construction until 2027, which means there may some noise than usual during your stay. According to the works calendar, the part in front of my flat will be done by April 2026.

El piso es un principal de un edificio original del siglo XIX totalmente reformado. Tiene una habitación doble, cuarto de baño con bañera, cocina abierta equipada, salón comedor con sofá cama doble y balcones a la calle más popular de la ciudad. También dispone de altavoz wi-fi y fibra gratis. Hay ventilador de techo en el salón y la habitación y calefacción central. En el piso caben cuatro personas perfectamente. La habitación es completamente silenciosa porque da a un patio interior.

El apartamento se encuentra a pocos metros del mar y a pocos minutos de algunos de los equipamientos más importantes de la ciudad: el Palau Güell, el Liceo, el Barrio Gótico, el Raval, el mercado de la Boqueria, la Plaza Real...

Tengo larga experiencia en intercambios y estoy acostumbrada a limpiar y ordenar tras mi estancia, por eso no cobro gastos de limpieza, a menos que sea obligatorio. En este caso, sí que cobraría los gastos, que serán los mismos que me apliques a mí.

Nota: La Rambla está en obras hasta 2027, lo que significa que puede algo de ruido durante vuestra estancia. Según el calendario, la parte enfrente de la casa estará terminada en abril de 2026.
