Large bungalow on 4 acres just outside of town overlooking a small, quiet lake. The house is at the end of an unpaved road with a few neighbours scattered along it. There are trails easily accessed, 2 dock seating areas, a small beach and large deck. The sun rise and sunset can both be enjoyed from the property. The Canadian rail does have tracks on the other side of the lake with daily train activity which is a novelt.
