We are excited to offer our top-floor modern flat for a home exchange! Located in a central neighborhood, just 15 minutes from the Basilica of San Giovanni in Laterano, our bright and spacious flat is only a short walk from the metro station (3 min.) and surrounded by essential services and a lively shopping street, making it a perfect base for exploring the city.
The apartment is composed of a spacious living room, a bedroom, a study, and two bathrooms.
The living room features a fully equipped kitchen with a central island, an area with a sofa, TV, and stereo, a dining space, and a small outdoor area. The master bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom, a walk-in closet with a washer and dryer, and a tiny balcony. The study is furnished with a sofa bed and a convenient half bathroom.
Recently renovated, the flat is filled with natural light and offers stunning panoramic views, especially during sunset.

About Our Family
We are Carmela, a psychotherapist, and Gianpaolo, a journalist and travel designer. We’ve both recently turned 50 and have been together for 30 years. We love traveling, cooking, and art. We don't have children, but we have many nieces and nephews, whom we adore! We believe in the power of friendship, curiosity, and respecting diversity.
Lifestyle
We work passionately for many hours a day. At the end of the day, we try to enjoy theater, cinema, music, and dinners with friends as often as possible. On weekends, when we're not out of town, we love strolling through the hidden corners of beautiful Rome, a true open-air museum. We try to travel as much as possible, preferring long trips and road trips.
