Three bedrooms with one single bed in each and two bathrooms. One separate TV-room and one open space combined kitchen, diningroom and livingroom.
4 minutes by car to the nearest grocerystore. 15 minutes to the ferry which takes you out into the northern archipelago. Buses every 15 minutes for a ride of 30 minutes to central Gothenburg.

A small suburb 15 km outside of Gothenburg. Easy to get in to the city center by local buses every 15 minutes. The house is situated in a quiet area of small private houses. Grocery shops, restaurants within 10 minutes by bike or 5 min by car. Close to the see and 10 minutes by car to tne nearest area for swimming and golf course 18 holes.

Per is a retired administrator of a rehab clinic. He is 84 years old and a very active golfer and also active in orienteering. He likes geocaching which he has done in 26 different countries.
Lena, 82, is a retired high school principal. She is a former physical education teacher and her main interest is the gym, yoga and free embroidery.
