It is only 27 miles west of Cork City, a half hour drive from Cork Airport. The village and surroundings are an attractive holiday venue with lots of activities including Fishing, Whale Watching, Hill Walking, Sea Swimming plus Great Restaurants & Pubs locally and in the nearby villages of Timoleague, Bandon and Clonakilty.
