We have a nice 135 square meters terraced house in Grafarvogur, Reykjavík. The location is really nice and in a quiet and family friendly neighborhood. On the first floor of the house is a modernized, fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, guest bathroom, dining space, living room and sun lounger where it´s nice to sit down. On the second floor we have 3 bedrooms (bed sizes: 180cm, 140 cm and 120 cm) and a big bathroom with a walk in shower and a bathtub. From the second floor is a spacious attic where the fourth bedroom is (120 cm bed). From the living room you walk out on a nice terrace facing south with outdoor furnitures, grill and a hot tub.

Our visitors have access to good family car but if you like to use public transportation then the bus station is just 2 minutes away and will take you straight down town. Iceland has great swimming pools and there just about 5 minutes walk to the nearest swimming pool. Grocery stores, bakery, pharmacy, library and some restaurants are also near by. The central of Reykjavík, where you can enjoy variation of sightseeing, restaurants and bars, is only 15 minutes drive away.

Iceland is famous for its breathtaking nature and we encourage visitors to take a drive outside the city and visit many of our country´s beautiful places and wonders of nature.
