Welcome to our warm and inviting top-floor apartment in the heart of Nolita, NYC. Our full-floor home is filled with natural light and situated in an incredible central location. We're just a block away from the famous Soho shopping district, but in the more peaceful bordering Nolita neighborhood.

• Both of the bedrooms face an interior courtyard and are entirely quiet. They are equipped with automatic blackout shades, air purifiers, double-paned windows, and sitting/standing desks. The main bedroom also has an Eight Sleep mattress pad.

• AC throughout the apartment.

• We both work from home at times, so the WiFi is reliable and high-speed.

• Our living room includes a 65-inch flat-screen smart TV, sound system, and Xbox.

• For fitness, we have a Peloton and a Theragun -- both are magical!

• The apartment is near multiple subway lines, with easy access to the theater district and downtown Brooklyn. The West and East Villages are each a fun 10 minute walk away.

• We're within blocks of a number of iconic NYC eateries, including Prince St. Pizza, Katz's Delicatessen, Dominique Ansel Bakery, and Eileen's Special Cheesecake.

• We use all three NYC airports, though EWR is the closest. Penn Station is 15 minutes away by subway.

Please note our apartment is on the 4th floor, and you'll need to climb a few flights of stairs to reach it.
