About the neighborhood
Great view over Landvetter lake and access to private deck (pier) for swimming, fishing or take the canoe out.
Quiet surrondings but close to both Gothenburg and of course Landvetter.
Landvetter center has a bakery, cafe and super markets. In Landvetter lake there is also a family friendly beach with café, minigolf, padel, tennis courses and canoes for rental.
Easy commute to Gothenburg by bus or car (15 minutes to city center). In Gothenburg there are many attractions such as the amusement park Liseberg, shopping, Universeum for kids. https://www.goteborg.com/en
Also an easy car ride to the westcoast, either to sand beaches in Halland or the cliff beaches of Bohuslän.

Great location in cosy town close to the beaches. Really nice house with everything we needed as a family with children including a shopping mall with food stores nearby. It was very easy to bike to the many good restaurants and cafes in Castricum, and we loved to bike to the beach and in the dunes nature reserves. It was easy to travel to Amsterdam over the day with train. Anja & Jans family made us feel very welcome in their house with their preparations, highly recommended!
