Cosy home in Amsterdams interesting Eastern Harbour area
Nice cosy home in Oostelijk Havengebied Amsterdam.
Close to the city, yet in a calm area.
My adult children and me love to go outdoors or swap homes and visit cities in Europe that are easily accessible by public transport.
About the house:
Expect cosy and simple / modest. Clean, mostly second hand furniture. No high-tec stuff inside.
2 steep stairs, 1 toilet on first floor. No pets, non-smoking.
Downstairs you enter directly into the living room, which is also the kitchen. On the first floor you find the toilet and bathroom (shower only) and a room that is divided in two segments. Left is my daughter's side, single bed, right is my son's side, double bed (1.40). Up another stairs there is the master bedroom with a roof terrace and a small double bed.

The neighbourhood is surprisingly tranquil and green for a city home. Close by there is the harbour and interesting architecture. City centre is about 20 minutes by public transport, including a walk to the bus or tram stop
