Beautiful house in Santa Cruz, Ca near both the bay and the redwoods.
A lovely home in the beautiful city of Santa Cruz, Ca. Walking distance to the beach, the forest, restaurants and shops.
We are in an ideal Northern California location---1hour and 20 minutes south of San Francisco; just 30 minutes over the hill from Silicon Valley; and an hour north of Monterrey. Just a mile away is the Pacific Ocean with a stunning drive up the coast on Highway 1. Santa Cruz is a thriving university town with a lively music scene and strong surfing culture. Just north of us is the San Lorenzo Valley with historical redwood parks.
Our 2-bedroom home is light-filled and spacious with hardwood floors throughout. There is one queen bed and one queen sofa bed. The kitchen and both bathrooms are remodeled with modern conveniences. There is a front enclosed courtyard with a fountain, fire pit and BBQ; and a large backyard with a brick patio and hot tub. We have a 60" flat screened TV, a turntable, and an Alexa device.
