Schöne helle 70 qm Wohnung in Hamburg in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Mit der S-Bahn ist man in 20 min im Zentrum. Alternativ mit dem Zug in 10 min. Bushaltestellen zum 1.5 km entfernten Bahnhof Bergedorf liegen vor der Tür. Geschäfte sind fußläufig zu erreichen.
Es gibt ein großes 1,40 Bett im Schlafzimmer, sowie zwei Einzelbetten im Gästezimmer, außerdem gibt es im Wohnzimmer ein Schlafsofa.

Shopping Zone in this quarter is reachable by foot. The surrounding is very green with many occasions to promenade.
There is one 1,40m bed in the sleepingroom, and two single beds in the Guest room. There is also a sleeping-sofa in the Living Room.

Die Vier-und Marschlande kann man von hier aus idealerweise mit dem Rad erkunden. Es ist ein traumhaft schönes Radlerparadies, Hamburgs Gemüse- und Blumengarten. Etliche Hofcafes laden zum Verweilen ein. Die Dove- und die Goose Elbe schlängeln sich durch das Land, es gibt viele Badeplätze, auch Badeseen. Prächtige denkmalgeschützte Häuser und große Höfe säumen die Deiche. Es gibt auch eine sehr schöne Fahrradstrecke in die Hamburger Innenstadt, ca. 1h.
Ein kleiner Nahversorgermarkt ist um dei Ecke, der auch Sonntags geöffnet hat und eine große Auswahl an frischen Brötchen bietet.
Hamburg Bergedorf is a nice and green district of Hamburg. There is a small castle and a pedestrian zone for shopping, which you can easily reach on foot. There are many playgrounds also.

The station is also easily reach on foot, Supermarkets are nearby.
You can also go by bike to the Vier- und Marschlande, a paradise for biking. It is the vegetable and flower garden of Hamburg.
There is also a bathing lake 6km ago, you can reach by bike or bus. Worth to visit is the old observatory nearby which is situated in a pleasant landscape.
