There is a large, secure back garden and off street parking at the front of the house. It is located in a quiet and very friendly neighbourhood just ten minutes walk to Fermoy town centre. The River Blackwater and the nearby Galtee mountains offer plenty of opportunities for walking, fishing and hiking. Canoeing is very popular on the river. Cork City is only a twenty minute drive away.

Kate and Joe are wonderful home exchange partners who have become dear friends and in fact chosen family. This was our second exchange with them and it was as fabulous as our first. Kate and Joe are genuine, kind, enthusiastic people who live life fully and care for others with their full hearts. A great exchange. Kate's house is very comfortable; the garden is a paradise and the part of the house facing the garden is very bright and a haven of peace. We were lucky to meet our partners and exchange information and above all great smiles. We can only say thank you Kate!
