Country home 8Km from Scappoose Oregon US
The house was built in 2000. We are a family of three and are the first family to own this beautiful and fully functioning home. We have a caretakers cottage for use as well. Three car options are available depending on your needs. With 3 bedrooms, a sleeping area in the den, in the attic, and the caretakers cottage we sleep easily 10 people. Located just 25 miles from downtown Portland, Oregon, this location has it all. Quiet country, easy travel to Portland, Mt. St. Helens, Mt. Hood, the West coast (1 hour drive) and all kinds of hikes, biking trails, shopping, etc. We are an active family with a 14- year old boy. Bikes, trampoline, tennis hit wall and basketball hoop are also on site. After a day of site-seeing our home is the perfect retreat to rest and get ready for another trip. The grounds host a garden, small orchard and herbs. A large kitchen makes cooking easy and the resident barn cat may visit on occasion.
St. Helens Oregon is nearby as is Wildwood golf course, the Columbia River (we know great guides for fishing salmon) and beautiful parks.
Portland, Oregon is a :30 minute drive from Warren. Seattle, Washington is a 2 1/2 hour drive. The Cascade mountain range, featuring Mt. St. Helens and Mt. Hood is also a short drive from Warren.

We live in a rural setting that is between Scappoose Oregon and St. Helens Oregon. Neighbors are not easily visible and you can watch eagles fly over the house, horses run in the open field across the road, cows grazing nearby and possible a herd of elk can be seen on your 6 mile trip to town.

Wonderful people and wonderful neighborhood. We had a wonderful time comfortable house with many amenities.
Unsere Tauschpartner waren überaus freundlich und zuverlässig. Es war alles sehr gut und überaus liebevoll vorbereitet. Auch wurde unser Haus in hervorragendem Zustand hinterlassen. Das gleiche traf auf unsere Autos zu. Zusätzlich hatten Sie sowohl in ihrem eigenen Haus als auch in ihren Autos kleine Geschenke und hilfreiche Dinge für uns deponiert. Die gesamte Kommunikation verlief außerordentlich freundlich und positiv. Vorort hatten sie eine wunderbare Unterstützung für uns durch sehr nette Freunde organisiert, was den Aufenthalt nochmals erleichterte und bereicherte. Insgesamt lief der Tausch großartig ab, zum Einen durch die wirklich gute Vorberetung über Intervac als auch unsere wunderbaren Tauschpartner, die wir nur von Herzen weiter empfehlen können.
This area of Austria is easy to travel in and the people and their home are extraordinarily kind.
The home in Waidach is perfect for a large family. We are a family of four and we each had our own rooms and plenty of everything we needed to have a perfect exchange. Austria is a beautiful and welcoming country and I couldn’t recommend staying outside of Salzburg enough. We went all over the parks and lakes and even paraglided in the Alps. Everything is lovely there. Highly recommend.

Hi. My husband and I have a 14 year-old son and we like sports activities. We live in the country just outside Portland, Oregon. My husband works for A large local company and I stay home to garden and paint. We have a vacation home in Seaview Washington, US and go there frequently. We have a small farm and love our French Bulldog and Great Pyrenees Mountain dog. We look forward to seeing other communities and we love history. Our favorite vacation so far has been to Denmark for that reason. Looking forward to seeing some other places soon!
