We are particularly interested in short breaks in France or Ireland later in 2024 or next year. Iceland , Norway, Finland or Denmark appeal to us for 2025 but we are open to all offers. We have now made 18 very successful exchanges so far and love this way of travel and experiencing other cultures.

There is also the option to exchange with our home just outside Dublin in Ireland . It is across the road from a 10km golden beach in Ireland’s Ancient East , 40km from the city centre. We can send photos of this if need be .

Our French home is a recently renovated two bedroomed 90m2 light filled apartment with 85m2 of wrap around terraces in a gated residence with swimming pool, tennis courts and gardens. It is a short drive to shops, boulangeries, restaurants and parks. 7 km from Cannes and Antibes , 5 minutes from beautiful Mougins village, 10 minutes from Valbonne with its great market and 25 minutes from Nice airport. We are an Irish family and this is our summer home so there is good flexibility on its availability. There are 2 double bedrooms, a very large living room with a sofa bed and 3 terraces. The apartment is best suited to couples rather than families with children because it has 2 double beds.
This has been our second home for over 20 years and are continually amazed at the wide range of things to do. It is also very well placed for travelling to other areas along the Mediterranean Coast. We are a 45 minute drive from Monaco and Italy , 25 minutes from Nice and about an hour from St. Tropez. We are within easy drives of many beautiful Provencal villages.

We have made a number of very successful exchanges so far to New Zealand, Switzerland, Ireland, Sweden(2) , Belgium, France(4), New York(2),UK( 3) and Canada (2). A number of them have been repeat visits! Non simultaneous exchanges work well for us. We are open to offers!
