Holiday home in the mountains Bad Hofgastein, Austria
Our house in Gastein is situated in a beautiful mondaine skiing and hiking area, 90 km from Salzburg in the mountains. You also find a spa with healthy thermal water, indoorpools and beauty area.
the house has a garden. the lower floor is our appartment with an open kitchen 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms with 2 beds each. It was recently rebuilt and is very comfortable. On the upper floor is my sisters appartment.
From Gastein you can reach the western area of Austria easily if you want to go to the famous towns of Salzburg (worldfamous Salzburg Festivals in August) or Innsbruck. Even Venice in Italy and Munich in southern Germany is reached in less than 4 hours by car.
If you love nature for winter sports or hiking, bird watching or mountain biking, you will love it in Gastein. There is a large national park "Nationalpark Hohe Tauern" there, that attracts and fascinates Austrian People as much as tourists.

Micha's home was lovely and spacious. We enjoyed coming back after a long day of museums. We generally walked home and were glad to be in walking distance of many sites. Vienna was beautiful and Micha had food, tour information and help for us when we arrived. This was a great exchange.

La casa nel centro del borgo di San Quirico è su tre piani, tipica abitazione indipendente del luogo. Il borgo è molto tranquillo nella Val D'Orcia. Ideale per una ricerca di tranquillità assoluta. La casa è correttamente rappresentata e la signora Giuliana è stata disponibile e gentile.

I am a gynecologist in Vienna and 60 years old. I have two sons and we love travelling. The Boys are 21 and 24 years old. They do a lot of sports, mostly tennis, and of course skiing and snowboarding as well as museums and theater and sightseeing. We are very social and open minded. We love to have an open house with friends coming and going. Whenever someone drops in, he is welcome! Our Family is large and we stick together. The boys speak fluently English, We love summer holidays at the seaside, water Sport, culture and art.
Luca, my 21 year old adores cooking and is a Chef with his own restaurant in vienna. He plays different guitars from Bass to Ukulele and loves snowboarding.
Benni, the elder one, attends medicalschool in the Netherlands, goes to slasa class , attends balls in the Viennese castles and to rock concerts whenever his studies allows it.
We are used to Intervac exchanges and had always wonderful experiences. We are used to handle other people properties with care and caution as we assume our Intervac friends will also treat our properties well. We never were disapointed in an exchange but always full of new inspirations, when we came back home.
