Appartement in Sint-Niklaas (in cohousing project), zeer centraal gelegen en leuke middelgrote stad.
My appartement is situated in Sint-Niklaas, a central medium city between Antwerp and Ghent. We have a garden of 1000 m2 and on the front site a public parc, it is a very quiet place. The train and bus station is 5' walk. In 15' you are in Antwerp, Ghent is 30'. Also trains to Brugge, Brussels, Hasselt, Liege, the coast, ...., really easy.
The appartement is 73m2 and there is : a fully equiped kitchen, living room, storage, toiletroom, sleepîng room with double bed and bathroom. The sofa contains a double bed, so it is possible to stay with 4 people, but it is not very big then.
We did serveral house-exchanges in Canada, Denmark, Switserland, Holland (3x). Now we are divorced, but I want to continue. There are some problems to adjust my profile, so I am not married anymore and I cannot present my way of life, hopefully this is resolved soon.
The appartement is part of a cohousing project, that means that there are some facilities for all the residents : big dining room and salon, washing place, place for bikes and garden. You can use all this facilities. You can choose to join other residents in the dining room or not. The view is green on both sides, no street noise near the windows.
The building is built in 2025, so everything is new.

Sint-Niklaas is famous for its market place (the biggest in Belgium), has some musea and a lot of shops. In the surroundings is a lot of possibility to be in nature (Waasland).
