A bright, airy, mid century home located a 10 minute drive from downtown Victoria. 1 bedroom with a King Size bed and den (queen Murphy bed) with open concept living, kitchen and dining rooms. French doors from the living room lead to a covered patio with fire pit and private, charming back garden. Gas barbecue too. Nearby villages (Oak Bay and Cook St.), quaint and funky respectively, are within walking distance or a short drive. Easily accessible beaches and parks add to our neighbourhood’s appeal.

There are numerous walks in and around the neighbourhood, including a short 15 minute walk to a popular sandy beach (Gonzales Beach). We do a great deal of walking = in different neighbourhood and visiting different public gardens - Finnerty Gardens at UVic (https://www.uvic.ca/finnerty/ ) - Abkhazi Gardens are close by (https://www.abkhaziteahouse.com) - Government House Gardens (https://ltgov.bc.ca/garden-history/).
