Welcome to our luxurious 4-Floor Villa in Stockholm
Our home is located in Enskede, one of the most sought-after areas in Sweden to live in. Known for its charm, lush greenery, and tranquil atmosphere, Enskede offers a perfect balance of peaceful suburban living and proximity to Stockholm’s vibrant city center. Our house is situated at the very end of a small street with no traffic, ensuring a serene and safe environment for your stay.
Despite its quiet setting, the house is just 10 minutes by car or an 18-minute metro ride to Stockholm city center, with the metro station only a 10-minute walk from our home.
Our villa offers approximately 350 square meters of thoughtfully designed living space across four floors, blending elegance, functionality, and comfort.
Ground Floor:
- A fully equipped kitchen with a cozy breakfast table.
- A separate office and library for work or quiet reading.
- A stylish living room.
- A stunning glass porch featuring a dining table for 10, a working fireplace, and double doors that open to an outdoor wooden deck area with seating and dining options.

- Three single bedrooms (beds are 120 cm) and one master bedroom with a king-size bed (bed are 160 cm).
- Two single bedrooms are equipped with their own TVs for private entertainment.
- A cozy living room with a sofa and TV.
- A second glass porch with a chess table, two large sofas, and another working fireplace.
- A beautifully designed bathroom with a shower.
Second Floor:
- A unique daybed that sleeps two (160 cm wide).
- A fully equipped, cozy art-painting studio, complete with easels and a table for up to 10 people.
Basement:
- A large laundry room with two washing machines and a separate tumble dryer for your convenience.
Our outdoor area includes a comfortable chill-out zone with sofas and a separate dining space for 10 people, equipped with both a charcoal grill and a gas BBQ—perfect for summer evenings.
Enskede’s excellent location, beautiful surroundings, and easy access to Stockholm make it the ideal place to experience the best of both worlds. Whether you’re seeking tranquility or adventure, our villa is the perfect base for your stay. We have bikes for both adults and teenagers.

Mikael is a CEO with an educational background, having studied at both Harvard and Stockholm University. He is passionate about leadership, innovation, and creating meaningful connections wherever we go.
Ninni is a Design Director working for a large international company. Her creativity and eye for design inspire our family’s appreciation for art, architecture, and diverse cultures.
Milton (17 years old): Milton is currently studying economics at the American Gymnasium in Stockholm. He’s ambitious, curious, and enjoys learning about global markets and cultures.
Charlie (16 years old): Charlie is finishing upper middle school and is a thoughtful, kind-hearted young man with a love for new experiences.
Ludwig (11 years old): Ludwig is still in middle school and brings endless energy and joy to our family adventures. He’s curious about the world and loves to learn through hands-on experiences.
We are an active ski family, passionate about downhill skiing and exploring snowy mountain landscapes. In the warmer months, we enjoy beaches and water activities, embracing the best of both worlds.
