Luxury apartment near Reykjavik with beautiful ocean view
This is a modern apartment in a quiet neighbourhood by the coast with a wonderful view across the waters to the iconic glacier Snaefellsjokull and Bessastadir (the President’s mansion). It is beautifully designed, well-equipped, with a nice balcony and conveniently located for visitors to Reykjavik and farther afield.
The contemporary, open-plan living space encompasses a kitchen, lounge and dining area with stunning views across the ocean. There are two peaceful bedrooms, one with a 160 cm bed, and the other with a 140 cm bed. The bathroom has spacious jacuzzi, ideal for unwinding after a long day of sightseeing.
The balcony, facing south-west, has a sliding glass enclosure that can be opened and closed upon convenience, and a large barbeque.
I am open to an exchange in the winter of 2023/2024 and in 2024. I have not indicated which countries as I am open to most.

Garðabær (translates Garden town) is a small suburb, 10 km from the centre of Reykjavik. The apartment is situated on the coastline with a beautiful view of Snæfellsnes including its famous glacier Snæfellsjökull and Bessastaðir (the president's mansion). This is a quiet residential area in close proximity to the city. There are supermarkets, pharmacies and restaurants in the neighborhood. The nearest bus station is around the corner (1 min walk) and another that takes you directly to the city centre of Reykjavik is appr 10 minutes walk away.
