A nice house in Bretagne 15 minutes by the sea
We live in a quiet area 15 minutes by car from a large sandy beach. Many hiking trails are accessible from the house on foot. You will find everything you need in terms of shops 2.5 km away, which we enjoy cycling through on gentle paths. The geographical location is ideal for exploring the beaches and coastal paths of northern Brittany.
Our house faces south, which allows us to take advantage of the 2 terraces, for lunch and dinner. It is split-level and consists of a floor for the parents (office, WC, bedroom with shower room) and a floor for the children (3 bedrooms and a bathroom with WC).
We are curious to discover other regions of France and elsewhere. Do not hesitate to write to us. Goodbye.
Nous habitons un quartier calme à 15 minutes en voiture d'une grande plage de sable. Beaucoup de sentiers de randonnées sont accessibles en partant de la maison à pied. Vous trouverez tout ce qu'il vous faut comme commerces à 2,5 km que nous avons plaisir à parcourir en vélo grâce à des cheminements doux. La situation géographique est idéale pour découvrir les plages et les sentiers côtiers du Nord de la Bretagne.
Notre maison est orientée au sud, ce qui nous permet de profiter des 2 terrasses, le midi et le soir. Elle est en demi-niveaux et se compose d'un étage pour les parents (bureau, WC, chambre avec salle d'eau) et d'un étage pour les enfants (3 chambres et une salle de bain avec WC).

The family is lovely and very responsible. They left both their house and ours impeccable when they left. Their house is modern, functional and very comfortable, with everything you need to feel at home. The garden is a delight. The situation is very suitable for visiting French Brittany with car.
