A comfortable and modern flat in the city centre

A spacious and functional flat located in the historic centre of Pamplona/Iruña. A modern city located in the north of the country with fantastic sights to visit, large green parks and great historical legacy situated in an excellent geographical position. “San Fermines” are the most popular event in Pamplona, famous by “Bulls running” and people hospitality. During its celebration in July, thousands of people visit the city.

Pamplona is the capital of Navarre, a region that today occupies only a part of what was the Kingdom of Navarre, an important medieval Pyrenean and solar kingdom of the Basque people. The Basque language, or Euskera, is a cultural treasure that remains alive in Navarre (https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Basque_Country_(greater_region)

In 1598, William Shakespeare wrote” Navarre shall be the wonder of the world” (Love's Labour's lost). The greatest singularity of Navarre is its great diversity of landscape, which allows the traveler, in just a few kilometers, to pass from the high mountains and immense forests of the Pyrenees, to the humid Atlantic valleys, to the famous beaches of the Basque coast or to the landscapes Semi-desert of the south of Navarre. This wealth of landscape also corresponds to the diversity of its people, proud of their history, culture and traditions.

The history of Navarre is worked in its lands; Megalithic monuments, remains of Roman villages, churches and Romanesque hermitages, medieval monasteries, old castles and walled towns. Navarra is also the gateway to the Santiago way, that has been classified as a Great European Cultural route.

Very close (only 100 km radio) to the fantastic cities of “San Sebastian / Donostia”, “Biarritz” and “Zarautz”, famous by the amazing beaches, the cosmopolitan Bilbao and the wonderful “Guggengein” museum, or the larges vineyards and the famous “Rioja” wineries.

As varied as its geography, combining tradition with modernity, the Gastronomy of Navarre will win you over. There are more than 20 Basque restaurants that hold the highest award of the prestigious "Michelin" guide. Good food is also found in the bars, which offer the popular "pintxos", true works of miniature cuisine, which have become the hallmark of Basque gastronomy.
