1 story house in Havdrup, Denmark near Roskilde, Copenhagen and Sweden

We are a family of 2 persons, Bodil, 73 years and Leif, 79 years. Our spacious 150-m2 well kept wooden house with sitting room, dining room, double-kitchen, office, guest room, sleeping room, entrance room and 2 bathrooms, carport, wine cellar, tool shed and workshop.

Our 800 m2 garden is surrounded by hedges and contains fruits trees and other shadowing trees as well as berry bushes, a kitchen garden, a fish pond with 20 fish and an outdoor kitchen with hot water and BBQ. The garden contains 3 permanent settings for dining and 2 settings for drinking coffee.

We live in a quiet neighbourhood with very friendly and helpful neighbours. Our nearest ones speak fluently French and Finnish as well as English and German, and another neighbour speaks fluently Italian. Most people in Denmark speaks English.

All these glories are situated in Havdrup, a small village (4.000 inhabitants) 10 minutes from the motorway, 10 km's from Roskilde, 35 km's from Copenhagen and 60 km's from Sweden by bridge. Havdrup contains 3 three big supermarkets, bakery, pharmacy, 2 petrol/gas stations – one with car-wash, a garage and a train station.
In Solrød (8 km) there is a 10 km's beach and from here you can go by subway (S-tog) to Copenhagen and Køge. From Havdrup you also can go by local train to Køge, Roskilde and Copenhagen every hour.
