Our house
Our house with 120 sqm was built in 2020. It’s a bright and open eco house. Our property is situated at the village of Selent, close to the large Selenter See as well as the Ostsee (20 min. drive)
We have a combined open kitchen - dining - living room , a smaller bathroom (toilet) downstairs and a bathroom with shower and bathing tube and toilet upstairs.
Upstairs are three bedrooms with beds for two persons each.
Our house owns an artificial ventilation system with combined filters, which it makes especially suitable for allergic or asthmatic persons.
There is a large wooden terasse on our fenced property
The house was finished in summer 2020, so it is very new still!

Selent is a small village in Ostholstein, close to Kiel as well as Plön. The wooded aeria is spotted with many small as well as large lakes and the baltic sea is always close by. So if you like water, water sports and fresh air, you should come here!
The nickname "Ostholsteinische Schweiz" (Switzerland of Ostholstein) owns its origin the small hills and vallies created by glaciers 10 000 years ago. It is a beautifull spot for biking. No matter what your condition: you'll find the perfect tour.
The capitol of Schleswig Holstein, Kiel, offers many possibilities: Museums, shopping malls and streets full with interesting little stores and galleries. And all that is situated directly at the sea.
The city of Lübeck with its beautifull old buildings and historic old town is only an hours drive away.
You may also want to visit Hamburg in one and a half hours.
